What is the difference between soft and hard wheels?

Do I need a specific type of truck for my board?

• Your trucks should match the width of your deck. For example, if you have an 8.0" deck, you’ll want trucks with an axle width that is close to 8.0" for optimal performance.

What’s the difference between ABEC ratings in bearings?

• ABEC ratings measure the precision and tolerance of bearings. Higher ratings (ABEC 7 or 9) offer smoother and faster rides, but ABEC 5 bearings are usually sufficient for most skateboarders.

How do I choose the right grip tape?

• Grip tape varies in texture and design. Coarser grip provides more traction, which is helpful for tricks. You can also choose from solid colors, clear grip, or custom designs depending on your style.

Should I get riser pads for my setup?

• Riser pads are useful if you are riding larger wheels (usually 55mm and up) to prevent wheel bite. If you prefer a lower setup and use smaller wheels, you may not need risers.

What’s the best type of board for cruising?

• For cruising, look for wider decks with softer wheels and looser trucks. Longboards or cruisers with a slight concave are perfect for smooth, comfortable rides.

Do you offer skateboard repairs or assembly?

• Many shops offer repairs, bearing cleanings, and assembly services, so check with your local shop about what services they provide.

What safety gear do I need?

• Helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are recommended for all levels of skaters. It’s always better to be safe, especially if you're just starting out.

How often should I replace my skateboard?

• The lifespan of a skateboard depends on how often you skate and what type of tricks you perform. If the deck has significant wear, cracks, or chips, or if the grip tape loses traction, it's time for a replacement. Wheels and bearings may also need regular maintenance or replacement.

Do I need to register an account to shop with you?

No, but it is always good to register so you have overview and history on all your orders. 

Who do you send your orders with?

We ship all orders with Postnord or DHL. 

What is the delivery time, and where do you send?

Sweden, Normally you will receive your order after 2-6 days within Sweden. However, it may perhaps take a little longer at holidays, red days and weekends. We deliver to all places in Sweden! 

Europe, we are also sending to certain countries in Europe. (See if your country is listed for check-out). It can take up to 14 days to obtain your order if you are located outside Sweden. 

Do you want do return the product?

You can easily return it without charge and get your money back. The product should be in original condition. So that you can be entirely sure about your purchase, we offer a 14-days return policy. Write your order number and product/goods it is. We are not responsible to pay for shipping on returns

Can I change size, color or product?

During our special days of sale, you are just as usual, however, you may need to enter a discount code at check-out to obtain the discount. You can find the code on our Instagram or on any of our ads out there. Note! Remember that on sale days the right to return and the right of withdrawal are not valid! If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us directly and we will see if the product remains in your correct size, but nothing we promise and can guarantee. However, if the product is in a different size, you will make a replacement, however, you will have to bear the cost of both the return and the reshipment itself.
